During Winter months it is not recommended to drive up into Troodos Mountains in any of our cars . It is ok to visit the villages of Omodos and maybe up to Platres, but we do not recommend any higher.

There have been many earthquakes in Cyprus in last few months and the large earthquake in Turkey & Syria. The small mountain roads are not good for normal cars.

The weather is very changeable and it is not safe after 3pm to be up in the Mountain roads. If you want to explore please go by organised Jeep Safari.
