Very well designed 1 bedroom apartment is situated in the popular Paradise Gardens and is on the 1st floor ( no lift ) and sleeps up to 2 adults & 2 children. There a large double Sofa-Bed is in the main living room for 2 children. NEW FURNITURE, BED, MATTRESS AND ALL FIXTURES & FITTINGS. The apartment comprises a large air-conditioned living/dining room with seating for 4, a dining table and 4 chairs and a newly fitted kitchen.

This area leads onto a private secluded balcony with table and 4 chairs. The apartment does not have a pool view.

You will receive 15 euros of credit for electricity per week. A meter reading is taken upon arrival and departure, and if you use more electricity than this amount, you pay by meter reading of 0.25 cents/kW

This apartment does not have a pool view. 

There is a local Pambis dinner Taverna that serves good food and a local mini-market less than 5 minutes walk away. The main tourist bar and restaurant area are just over 10 minutes walk, and the beach and seafront are about 10-15 minutes walk. The property is very near to a regular bus service to the harbour area.


In the harbour and on the seafront in Kato Paphos there are lots of cafes and restaurants, banks and supermarkets - all just a few minutes away, as well as the sandy municipal beach, Paphos Mall, the World Heritage Ancient Centre, Paphos Castle, Tomb of the Kings and all the other attractions of Paphos and this beautiful region. 
There are 4 international Golf Courses within 10-15 minutes drive. Coral Bay Tourist Area is only 12-15 minutes away. 
Only 200 meters from the complex are two Mini Market who work from 6 am until late at night, and the popular local Fruit & Veg Market is close by as well.
A Hire Car is a bonus whilst staying in this area, but it's not essential, as most things are within walking distance. There are an excellent Public Bus Service and the local bus stops throughout the day just outside the complex. From Hesperides to the harbour - One-way ticket 1.5 euro (after 21:00 onwards the price of the one-way ticket is 2.5 euro) and only 5 euros daily ticket. Subscribe for a week ticket for only € 20 euros.

  • We Offer a FREE 24 Hour Hold to Reserve before you pay deposit to secure Flights etc;
  • Prices in € euros;
  • 7 days Minimum Booking;
  • A completed booking form and 20% non-refundable deposit (+3% fee ) is required to confirm a booking;
  • Full payment of rental balance is required at least 8 weeks prior to start of the rental period. If arrival is within 8 weeks then full amount is due now;
  • Account Management Fee of €45 is added to the final invoice;
  • Please Note - Electricity: Air Conditioners / Heating - you will receive € 50 euros credit for electricity per week. Excess electricity cost will be charged from the Security Deposit. Please use A/C units carefully and not with Doors / Windows open and do not leave on when out of the property. Excessive use of A/C is not only expensive but also bad for the environment.
  • A refundable Security and Breakages deposit of € 300 is required on arrival. This deposit is refunded after final inspection on departure.
  • Excessive Cleaning & Electricity costs will be deducted from this Bond - ask for details;
  • Check-in time after 3:00 pm and Check-out time is by 11:00 am;
  • Please note that late checkout requests are based upon availability on the date of departure;

    First of all we want to thank Simila for this perfect apartment. She is a super-host and everything was like as advertised. She was so nice and we had a earlier check-in. She helped us with any information required ( from rent a boat to where to shopping). The apartment was like our home from home; we felt very cozy, warm and comfortable. Everything was sparkling, we had all the accessories needed in the kitchen. Also we found 2 umbrellas and a pineapple beach mattress :) The pool was amazing, like a real paradise garden. The distance to the beach was almost 1 km, like ten minutes walking. We highly recommend this apartment and Simila Cyprus. Keep this good job!     We loved our stay and the apartment really felt homely. There was everything we could have needed. It was nice a quiet and the pool was lovely. It was only a 15-minute walk to shops, bars and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay.

    I stayed at Ludmilas place for 10 days in July with my boyfriend. From the start there was great communication with Ludmila who offered us a transfer from the airport straight to the apartment despite our late night arrival. Ludmila visited us to show us around the apartment and also drove us around the area to show us the best markets, restaurants, beaches and other activities. The apartment was absolutely beautiful, clean and well equipped. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, its residents are mainly locals. Pool was big enough, quiet and clean. The apartment is close to the Harbour, main tourist area and 10 minute walk away from the King Mall. I couldn’t recommend this place more and I will definitely be back.

    The location of the flat is ideal within easy walking distance to the tourist area as well as the town centre and new large shopping centre. Along the promenade were loads of eating places and a lovely walk along the sea. The flat was ideal and the pool area also very clean. Would recommend a visit.

    The location of the apartment is exactly what we were looking for. It was very clean and the host lived round the corner so there was no delay when checking in. Ample parking space for my rental car and a shop selling all the essentials for an English Breakfast right round the corner.

    The place is very nice, clean and cozy, but it's not best choise to stay at the winter. In the flat is quite cold and there are tiles on the floor, so do not forget warm slippers. Anyway in flat is air conditioner so you can heat enough to feel comfortable. In the flat is all amenities which you can need to cook, eat and ect. Host is very kind and helpful. I think that in warm season is truly worth to stay at this place.

    Lovely apartment, has everything you thing need. Great pool and neighborhood in a safe and private complex, very friendly. There is a shop 5 minutes walk away which has everything you need at a good price. Few small issues upon arrival, however host dealt with this very quickly and did not impact on the stay whatsoever. Harbor is a 15-20 minute walk away, where lots of good bars and restaurants are. Would definitely stay again!

    Absolutely perfect apt and location. Quiet and well kept gardens and pool. Spacious for two. Everything available right down to juicer to make use of the abundance of sweet Cypriot oranges!! Made use of the super balcony for breakfast thru to pre dinner drinks! Super bathroom with powerful shower and plenty of hot water. Short walk to the beaches and harbour for wide choice of restaurants and bars, and plenty of opportunity to watch the Paphos world go by. Would definitely return to this apt in Paradise Gardens. Excellent!

    Lovely apartment with great amenities close by including the farm market and Pambis Diner. The flat was clean and the pool was well maintained and quiet. The apartment had everything you would need for self catering and we cooked some lovely meals there. Would definitely recommend the quad biking next door (we did a private sight seeing tour), Mother's restaurant and also 7 St. George's Tavern. The only blip was that the bedding smelt musty as if it had been left to dry in the washing machine and we had to change this on the first night and wash all the bedding the next day - but I am sure that this was just an oversight of the host.

    Stayed here for 1 week while visiting Paphos for a friends wedding. Apartment was exactly as expected. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the harbour and main bars/restaurants. Pool area was a highlight as it was well presented and very quiet. We had a great time.

    Amazing apartment and location for the price. Close by the tourist areas and quiet at night. Ludmila was extremely helpful and easy to contact. Transfers from the airport were organised and our driver had our keys as we arrived late at night. Would highly recommend.

    Absolutely amazing apartment. Located close to the sea and within 15/20 min walk from the bars/restaurants. There is a public bus that runs outside for €1.50 takes you directly to the harbour. The apartment itself was fully air conditioned and had all the equipment and utensils needed for a family holiday. The complex had a pool that was one of the best we have been in and the apartment had three sun loungers. This apartment exceeded our expectations on all fronts! Both my partner and myself will surely be staying here again!
